OutLook Express Setup
Printer Friendly
Version
We will create your e-mail account(s) on the mail server but
you’ll need to setup your e-mail client software on your PC to
retrieve the mail from the server. The most popular e-mail client
is Microsoft’s Outlook Express which is bundled with Internet
Explorer. The following is an outline of the steps necessary to
setup Outlook Express.
Account Information You Will Need
The following items are required by ALL e-mail clents in order to
access your account(s):

Your email address is in the format,
account name@domain name. The account name is chosen
by you for each account and then setup by us. The domain name
is the one you registered for your web site. We will need all
names before we can setup the accounts. An example of a
complete e-mail address would be sales@cruzconsulting.com.
- PASSWORD
A password is required for every account. It is case sensitive
and should consist of a combination of letters and numbers.
Choose a password that you will remember but one that cannot be
guessed by others (i.e. birth dates, names of family members,
etc). We will need all passwords before we can setup the
accounts.
